Kieran proved to be a good luck charm because this is definitely our best Booger Mountain tree to date! He played while we decorated and just watched wondering what the heck we were doing! He certainly doesn't know what to make of it all but he seems to enjoy looking at it and trying to help daddy put the star on the tree.
Later that evening, grandma came over and babysat for a couple of hours while we went off to a Christmas party.
Sunday, we were lucky enough to snag a little visit from Uncle Praveen and Kavitha Auntie. They were in the area visiting family and it was so great to see them and hang out a bit and catch up!
Later in the week, since daddy had the day off and I work a minute from the mall, we decided to visit Santa! I couldn't get a great picture but Kieran seemed to enjoy it. When we were leaving, it actually was snowing here in Raleigh. Nice, big flakes...but that lasted about 30 minutes and we were left with rain while all our friends north of here got an amazing snowfall! Maybe next time...

Some tidbits on Kieran these days.
~17 1/2lbs
-No idea how long he is but he is long, 9 month clothes can be too short!
-Still a great eater. He's down to 4 bottles a day and solids. Great with finger foods too!
-Still sleeps great at night but we REALLY struggle with naps. There are days that he doesn't nap at all...not even once! Napping in his crib, won't happen, at home or daycare.
-Scoots backwards when trying to crawl...working on that one!
-No teeth yet!
-Says "Ba Ba Ba" all the time (which apparently is a milestone but I didn't know until daycare told me!)
-Is working on the sippy cup. Kieran is a bit lazy at times and holding his own cup depends on his mood!
-Still likes to observe, a lot, before jumping in and trying something.
