Scalped!

Well not quite, but we finally took the plunge and had Kieran's hair cut before we left for the beach. We took him in expecting the worst but experienced the exact opposite. Maybe it was the Tylenol (he had a slight fever earlier in the day) or maybe he was a bit tired, but Kieran was perfectly calm throughout the entire cut. I doubt we'll be that lucky again!!
